Tidsfristen for alle stop er tilstrækkelig, og hele rejsen er fornøjelig med smukke landskaber, som vi formåede at fange på fotos. Liza er altid villig og klar til at hjælpe os med at tage gode billeder. Hun anbefalede også en god restaurant til vores frokost, der serverede mad hurtigt og var pengene værd! Liza taler japansk, kinesisk og engelsk, og vi er meget glade for at have Liza som vores guide, og hun gør helt sikkert vores tur mere fornøjelig og behagelig. Vores guide, Alex, var fantastisk og hjalp med at tage billeder af mange af os. Han delte også små bidder af information om de attraktioner, vi besøgte, på engelsk og kinesisk. Tidsplanen for hver attraktion passede også perfekt. For dem uden transport var dette pengene værd.

The tour guide was extremely professional, and we would like to extend a special thanks to Lisa for her detailed explanations and enthusiastic assistance. It was truly meant to be that both of the two-day Klook tours we purchased were led by Lisa. This morning featured a guided tour of downtown Sapporo, while the afternoon took us further out to the Head Buddha and Jozankei Onsen, making the trip well worthwhile. Considering the price of this tour, if we had traveled independently, the transportation costs alone would have exceeded what Klook charged, so we felt it was a fantastic value.

We are not prepared at all in the photoshoot because of the lack of time we have but maybe next time we will rent for a kimono for a more japanese vibes. Overall good experience, our photographer Jack-san is very nice and puts an effort to get the attention of our baby. We appreciate that. Thank you.

We rented snow gear and a snowboard this time, and the experience was excellent. The staff was very attentive, carefully checking sizes and equipment details. The best part was being able to communicate in Chinese, which made the rental process easy and quick, so there was no need to worry about misunderstanding technical terms. The equipment was also in great condition. Highly recommended!

Very exciting and fun experience. Our coach is very friendly and supportive! Even took a lot nice pictures and videos for us. The unlimited Gengkis Khan BBQ is a great experience too.
