We had an amazing time with Chris, our instructor! The walkthrough the market was immersive and we learned a lot about the ingredients and culture as we bought the ones we needed for the cooking class.
During the cooking class, Chris was very hands on in teaching us. Teaching us about the dishes as we go. We ended up with a very hearty lunch of bun cha, spring rolls, mango salad and the most amazing coconut coffee I had during my HaNoi trip!
If you want to learn how to cook your favorite Vietnamese dishes, I suggest you take this class. :) And talk to your instructor and co-participants for a full experience!
