Beautiful hotel, very comfortable quiet rooms with truly blackout shades and temperature control—great to catch up on rest after a long day of sightseeing. The thermal springs are visually stunning and very soothing. The staff is lovely.

Truly beautiful hotel. Amazing staff. Great spa. Fantastic location. Rooms with city view basically looking at the narrow, not interesting street. If you want an elevated experience make sure to get a garden or Castle view.

An absolutely top notch hotel in a great walking distance to a lot of restaurants, markets, and sites. The spa was unbelievable and this hotel definitely deserves the praise it gets online. Can’t wait to come back
