Lovely hotel located near Kyoto station. Hotel has a boutique feel about, lovely modern style, very friendly helpful staff. One of the best breakfasts we have had in Japan! Nice touch was the included snack/drink in the afternoon.

There was enough space for 2 to a room. It's also very clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful inside. It's within 10 minutes from Kyoto Station. They also have access to a restaurant. They have luggage forwarding.

Excellent location just a short walk from Kyoto Station. Chic and modern hotel with comfortable rooms, a fantastic breakfast buffet with plenty of variety, and a great bar for after-hours. Highly recommended for families!

Google maps says this hotel is a 9 minute walk from Kyoto station. That does not seem like a lot, but it is a quite a way with luggage. Be sure to use the Central Exit (Karasuma side) or the South Exit when leaving Kyoto station. If you are a family of 4, one child will need to sleep with the parents as they cannot accommodate four beds. The bathroom basin had space at either end between the wall which could have been better utilised for storage. The staff were nice and welcoming. This was the one hotel that allowed us to check in early which was very helpful as we had walked in the rain. This was our second visit to Kyoto - we stayed at a different property last time which were able to meet our bedding requirements - it just had a terrible lift. I think this property would be good for couples.
