Worst experience. I prefer not to stay. My review won’t affect the property but it will help people like me when go with family for a stay. I had a reservation and got delayed for some reasons and they won’t allow me to checkin. I was with my family and small kids at 12 midnight .

Staff was great

Staff was so kind. I stayed 7 nights with my 2 cats and it was very peaceful

I arrived at the property a little past midnight, and there was nobody in the lobby. I called the hotel, but the person on the phone was unable to help me and could not locate the employee who was supposed to be at the front desk. After a 13-hour drive, I then had to drive around town looking for another place to stay. It was very inconvenient.

First of all, I would like to say the staff was very friendly and helpful, but upon entering my room, we noticed that the sofa bed was very damaged and unbelievable. We also have pictures of trash and debris underneath the mattress. Our phone did not work to call the front desk and the pool was closed, which was a bummer due to the fact that it was the main reason we booked here our room smelled like it had previously been a smoking room because it was very muggy and had a light smoke odor.

Close to multiple eating and shopping locations. Convenient location, ease of access to parking lot.

This was my first experience with extended stay ever. The staff were very nice and helpful. However they need to shut down until they finish renovating no walls in the elevators, the rooms had a dead bug in the bed looked like a bed bug but no blood came out when you squeezed it but there were 2 bed bugs in the bathroom mirrors, and a big roach that traveled from the bathroom to the wall by the bathroom. I couldn’t believe it. I brought 91% alcohol to spray the beds and furniture to kill anything that was there . The bathroom tubs were dirty looking like it needed to be replaced. I couldn’t sleep. We got there about 2:30am and left at checkout. Ive been on hotels.com trying to get a refund but I’ve been unsuccessful

Property under construction, however overnight stay was comfortable. Staff was pleasant.
