We arrived early and were told that we would be texted/called when our room was ready. We never received a notification, so we waited and checked in well past 4 PM. When we tried to connect to the WIFI, which was supposed to be free, the web page said that we had to be members of Hilton Honors in order to get free WIFI, even though free wifi was listed in the amenities. The room service did not make the beds or replenish the coffee area. The towels appeared to be thrown into the bathroom. When we asked about the beds, the front desk staff told us that the cleaning service does not remake beds with the existing bedclothes. They only make beds when they are changing the entire bed out. I have never heard of this as a policy. The front desk person told us that they should have replenished the coffee area, and stated that the towels probably appeared to be thrown because they were understaffed. I have worked at understaffed businesses before and 1. I don't tell the customer, that's not the customer's problem and 2. If the customer paid for a level of service, the customer should not have to absorb the company's issues, unless offered a discount, refund, or voucher in kind. That being said, the room was in good condition, and location was nice if you want a quiet area away from the pier area. However, Hilton should look into how this particular property is being run, because we were disappointed in the service.

This is a place I would stay again. They need a little bit better maintenance crew. Everything that has had a fix you can definitely tell. Poor, poor workmanship. Plenty of places that need maintenance. Room was clean, bed was adequate. For being on the beach, price was satisfactory. Convenience store in lobby poorly stocked and overpriced. Be prepared and stock up before you arrive or door dash your booze and snacks. Pool bar did not open for our weekend stay. There is construction next door but seemed to be stalled at the time. I would definitely see if that is the case or I believe it could get very noisy. That seems to be a lot of negative, but again I would stay again. I would just take my own advice. Request a room at pool level and view. You loose the ocean panoramic but it’s worth it, especially if you have little ones to Ho need to use the restroom every ten minutes. Just leave the patio door unlocked and set the kids or grandma over the rail.

The room we had the toilet or short like for a child or a small person the AC blew on the bed so we put the chair in front of the air condition. We've been there like four times and every time it's been great and I always write about how good it is but this time this last time the bedroom we had a few problems but it was clean and everything was nice on the inside except for the few things but all the people were nice as always so we had a good time we went for a wedding this time and went in the pool as usual and it was clean as usual thank you

Room cleaning was hit or miss. They did not clean the room twice during my 5 day stay. The room smelled damp, but that is kind of par for the course in Florida. They did not consistently replace the coffee pods. Location is good for a beach stay and the bed was comfortable. No body wash in my room, just shampoo and conditioner. The dispenser was missing from the shower wall. Not sure if that was intentional.
