Clean room. Easy to access room key and check out. Will stay again

They placed me right infant of the elevator. I was not able to sleep one bit. The noise, the talking the sound of the elevator. It was awful. Will definitely not be staying there again.

If they gave the original request for a top floor ocean view like they listed ill give them 5 stars in everything. Will hopefully stay for next one.

Perfect for partiers. A nightmare for families. The location is genuinely good for the price — ocean views from the front, and my kids loved the pool (it's 8 feet deep, which you don't often see). At the price I paid I expected dated. What I didn't expect was to call the police at 3:50 a.m. Let me explain how this place actually works: there's no front desk check in. You find a lockbox, sort through roughly 18 keys to find yours, and let yourself in. No one verifies who's a guest. No one monitors the property. If that sounds like your kind of setup, read no further. This is your spot. For everyone else: our room faced the pool and the stairwell. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was a gathering place for teenagers and young adults looking to party, and absolutely nothing was stopping them. Yelling, fighting, sprinting to cars, music, drinking, pool at full capacity. All of it, all night. At 3:45 a.m. there were still 15 people in the pool with music pumping. My 9 year old twins did not sleep. I did not sleep. One of our room keys stopped working sometime in the night. There was no staff to call, no one on site, no solution. We had a second key. If we hadn't, I genuinely don't know what we would have done. If you want a cheap beachside spot with zero oversight and a crowd that knows how to keep a party going until dawn, this is exactly that and it delivers. But if you're traveling with children, or simply need to sleep, skip it entirely. **Families: do not book

Parking was limited. Bed/mattress was awful. There was lots of noise from traffic and other guests as we were next to the laundry area and the ice machine. But John was a great guy, room was adequate, location is right on the beach and the pool was nice.

Very quite and clean.

To my surprise it had a kitchenette. The room was clean bed commutable. family friendly/ The price was good I was happy to find it I just wanted to get away and be alone being alone. It was peaceful. the clerk John even new my name.

The room we were originally placed in was not the room we booked; nothing about the room we got matched any pictures in the listing, so beware, you may face this issue as well. However, we brought this to the attention of the host, and they moved us to a different room very quickly. The original room was run down, dirty, had broken appliances, a stained couch, and dark and dingy lighting. The balcony was a single dilapidated door instead of a sliding or double door as pictured. The host blamed Hotels.com for the non-updated pictures and said they have multiple rooms for the same booking. The room they moved us to was cleaner, brighter, and more modern. The newer room was worth the price, but the original was not. The location is good and far enough from the hustle and bustle but not too far to be a long drive. My only complaint would be that the light outside the bedroom is very bright and makes it seem like it is daytime throughout the night. I would suggest getting better curtains to alleviate this.
