Nice hotel and staff were so helpful! Beds were hard and rooms were smallish but as expected from booking. Would skip the breakfast if not included automatically.

Nice property with clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. They have a great breakfast buffet on the property and offer dinner as well. Laundry facilities onsite as well and centrally located to shops and restaurants.

This is an excellent property when staying in Kyoto. You are close to transit and only one station away from Kyoto Station a major hub. Breakfast options are vast and decent. The rooms are very spacious for Japanese standards. Clean. Good wifi. You are about 20 min walk to Nishiki Market. Excellent Italian restaurant across the street and lots of food options near by. Would stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious. However, the location was a bit far from the Gion and the shopping area. We had to get an Uber on the way back bc we were too tired to walk back.
