Overall this place is excellent for family with kids. The room is quiet with all the amenities such as a good sized fridge, oven, and microwave. The AC worked very well the entire stay. The shower, toilet, and sink are separate and is great for families since the entire bathroom cannot be occupied. Walking to the nearest train station is around 6-10 mins. There are some local restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The hotel check out instructions in the room were helpful. The check in process was easy. They will email you the access codes a few days before your arrival.

Family mart, 7/11, Starbucks, Subway all very close. Convenient to have coat hangers and clothes rack for drying clothes. Essential kitchen items provided. Easy check in check out process. No luggage storage, 11am check out but it suited our needs.

This property is in a good location, easy walking access to the main shopping district and close to subway. Unfortunately for our family of four it was very small. The two double/queen size beds are pushed together and there is very limited space around the beds to move and for luggage. There is a small table which can be expanded to sit four people but then there is zero room to move. There is a washing machine but no dryer and no space to hang clothes where they will dry. The sink in the toilet looked like it had never been cleaned. All of our other accommodation across Japan was significantly better than this property. I would not stay here again. The price for the space is too expensive in my opinion.

enjoyed my stay. Everything was smooth, efficient with excellent communication. One negative point was the absence of a TV in the room. Other than that it was excellent.

This aparthotel is great. It’s a perfect place for 2 adults and maybe 2 small children. We had four adults so it was a little bit tight. Another thing I wish they would have is a dryer function on the washing machine.
