Room was clean , we did laundry and everything was very smooth and understanding . We also left our luggage while we explore Kyoto so that was awesome . Overall amazing service! Would come back !

Amazing hotel! The staff is incredibly kind, the breakfast offers many options, and the public bath is excellent. The room felt very spacious, and the hotel has a luxurious atmosphere.
