Lovely hotel in a great location. I was disappointed that the rooftop pool and restaurant were closed from 1st June for a month so was only able to use for a couple of days.

Nice hotel, but I would expect more from a "5 star" hotel. The rooms are far too small. The room I was given (634: a deluxe King) actually was a PULL OUT BED (Bed settee) and not even a proper bed. Not what I expect from a 5 star hotel. The legs of the bed at the were metal and stuck out and I banged my leg several times. Also, the reading light above the bed was blocked by the canopy of the bed, so useless, and the fram of the bed made it impossible to reach the light switches without getting out of bed. There barely any hanging space and only 6 coat hangers and ZERO storage for the rest of your clothes, no drawers! Also, no mini bar, just an empty fridge. How is that 5 star? The gym is accetpable but small and limited equipment. The staff were very good and did offer me a different room but I had already unpacked by the time I mentioned it and didn't want to pack again. Nice enough, but would not stay there again

The only thing I would say is that the gym is far too hot for a proper run or workout. That was a shame. The staff were super at the hotel + the lovely waiter in the lower floor who spoke to me about teas, the reception staff who printed our documents out and the staff in the lobby making sure we were clear on what we needed in terms of directions, grabs etc

Really lovely hotel and staff, pool area was clean and accessible. Buffet breakfast was amazing with so many options. We had an issue with the electricity in our room but the staff were quick to act and helped us with with transportation to the airport for the inconvenience.

My room was clean and comfortable. I found it very cold when walking from outside to inside club lounge. The made to order breakfast was very good (scrambled eggs), but overall I found the food a little disappointing. The salad one evening had pepper and chilli flakes. I couldn't eat it. The other salad choice was couscous which is something that disagrees with me. Lounge, reception and porter staff were excellent.
