The hotel is in a great location. The breakfast selection is huge. We had a slight problem, our fault but the manageress Maria, went above and beyond to assist us and was a great help to us. The whole staff here in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay here again

Amazing hotel. Close to all the things we have planned. A lot of history with Fullerton Hotel. Will definitely be back.

I would have loved to leave a 5 star review for this property however my whole check in experience was a nightmare. I was given a room that was on the same level as the lobby and the only window in the room was sitting behind a sitting area of the lobby so I did not want that room due to privacy issues. So I waited until they found me a different room. The next room was situated in a better spot and overlooked the lobby and atrium so I was fine. Until I realized that they gave me a room that was not cleaned after the previous guest had checked out. After calling them they were then in my room cleaning the room as I was trying to relax and wind down after a long journey. The bathroom was DIRTY and I mean the previous persons hair was all over it with paper stuck in the drain. The carpet had crumbs and very dirty from what you’d expect of a 5 star hotel. After cleaning I was finally left to relax only to find out then that the TV was not working as the connection had to be made to my phone to watch Netflix and the signal was going in and out so the engineer had to be called while I was eating in room dining to fix it. After 30 mins or so and my food gone cold he fixed it. I decided to go to sleep only to be woken up the next morning with a headache due to the fact that they were drilling on the other side of my wall and it continued for hours ! I requested a room change again and finally got it because of the noise that was going on. I lost a whole day of exploring due to this

The personal touch by the staff

Cannot go wrong here Well Maintained great hotel

Very comfortable with all the facilities you would expect at a top-rated hotel and very well located in the heart of Singapore. All staff were friendly and very helpful. It was the perfect way to end a great holiday in Europe on the long haul back to Australia and I believe it was excellent value for money.

Booked the marina bay view and straits club upgrade, really excellent experience and well worth the price. The hotel itself was fantastic and our experience amazing. All the staff were helpful, professional and friendly. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful hotel, incredibly helpful staff, enjoyed the stay and would stay again next time I visit Singapore
