I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the ParkRoyal marina Bay hotel in Singapore. The decor was beautiful but the staff are the jewels here. They set the standard for hospitality and customer service. Cannot wait to return

Excellent hotel and totally worth staying here. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the location was walking distance to Marina Bay. It is also attached to a mall that you can access directly from a walkway in the mall. The staff very extremely helpful.

The hotel is truly 5 star - amazing hotel - lobby - pool - etc - outstanding view of Marina sands - great location - great staff - a little $$$$ but again it is truly a 5 star hotel where they treat you like royalty !

Staff went above and beyond to get a room ready for me when I arrived early, despite not having booked with early check-in! Beautiful lobby and dining area, and well decorated rooms. Connecting passage to Marina Square mall could be more accessible and inviting, looks like I'm walking through a narrow place I shouldn't be, like a staff/employee only area.
