From the moment we arrived the service was exceptional. Yarik went above and beyond during our check-in process and stay ensuring everything was perfect including accommodating a later check-out due to our flight time and providing the perfect room for us. The hotel itself is immaculate and has all the amenities you could want, the atrium is gorgeous and the breakfast was great (according to my wife it was one of the best she has had and we travel a lot!) Location wise there is so much around within a short walk and marina bay itself has so much to explore. This will be our hotel for every visit to Singapore from now on.

ParkRoyal is an absolute vibe! From the moment we were dropped off by the taxi, the staff immediately greeted us, took our bags and helped us check in. The staff member checking us in brought my daughter a little treat. I wish I caught his name. She felt so special. The entire hotel is spotless. Staff is constantly cleaning and wiping. Our room was very comfortable and updated. The view was spectacular. The breakfast was very yummy. I loved the soft music and birds chirping every morning. The pool, especially at night, was a show stopper. We had to enjoy the pool every evening. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I will be recommending the Parkroyal to everyone coming to Singapore. Thank you for making us feel so special and a wonderful stay!

The hotel is in a good location. Downstairs is the big shopping mall where there are many shops and restaurants. The room is spacious, but one night the water from the faucet in the bathroom became yellow and it made us worried about the water safety. Breakfast is below average.
