Hotell nära Tropical Spice Garden

Allt var okej. Stort, rent rum och havsutsikt 💯. Men det var inte så trevligt att lobbyn luktade som fuktiga kläder som inte torkat ordentligt.

Hotellet ståtar med en modern och konstnärlig design, med rymliga och ljusa gemensamma utrymmen prydda med grönska och bekväma sittplatser. Rummen är rena, väl upplysta och erbjuder trevlig utsikt över staden som omedelbart lyfter humöret. Oavsett om det är för avkoppling eller fotografering är atmosfären stilfull och inbjudande. Sammantaget är det en mycket bekväm och avkopplande plats att bo på.

Det var okej, hotellet var trevligt och bekvämt. Jag trivdes med min vistelse och kanske bokar igen nästa gång. Ett bra hotell.

LOCATION IS A BIT FAR FROM TOWN BUT AT TANJUNG BUNGA BEACH BUYING FROM KLOOK MEANS THERE'S A LOT COMMISION INVOLVED AND IN FACT, IT IS SUBCONTRACTED TO 3RD PARTY EXPEDIA AND THE PRICE WILL BE HIGHER THAN PURCHASING AT THE HOTEL ITSELF USING THE SHOPBACK LINK INTO KLOOK IS HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED AS THEY CANT BE BOTHERED TO ASSIST IN YOUR CLAIM AND GIVE YOU GENERIC REPLY HOTEL IS NEWLY REFURBISHED CARPARK HAS NOT LIFT BUT THEY MADE IT BY HAVING A BELLBOY WHO ASSIST SENDING YOUR LUGGAGE TO YOUR ROOM AND ALSO TO THE LOBBY BREAKFAST WAS SIMPLE AND VERY SIMILAR. I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED IF THERE'S SOME VARIATION IN THE HOT FOOD MENU, EG ADDING CURRY NOODLE, PRAWN NOODLE, CHAR KOAY TEOW WHICH ARE ALL LOCAL DELICACY. OTHERWISE SIMILAR FOOD EVERY MORNING CAN MAKE U BIT JELAK. POOL WAS VERY SIMPLE BUT THEY MADE IT UP BY HAVING FREE LARGE DONUTS AND LOVE SHAPED FLOATS. I WILL APPRECIATE IF THEY PROVIDE KIDS FLOATS AS WELL IN ALL, FOR A 4 STAR HOTEL, ITS A WORTH THE PRICE FOR THE GOOD STAY

Clean and spacious room with a nice partial view of the beachfront. The resort has nice facilities and a beautiful Peranakan decor. Loved the stay!

my experience was great. I loved the room (deluxe room). the concept of the room,the layout was perfect. it was prestine. loved the balcony! overall great experience! highly recommended

Hotel in a very good location. Room spotless and very big with amazing view. Breakfast very good. Staff friendly. Sea just there, however its not suitable for swimming due to jelly fish and area heavy metal pollution. But their financial department leaves a lot to be desired as they tried to overcharge me the Malaysian tourism and sustainability taxes. This is 10 + 3 rm per day so total 26 for 2 . 2 x 10 was taken of by klook during my reservation as i stated i am not malaysian. On check in they asked again for the full 26. I explained that i already paid 20 and contacted also klook support. Klook contacted the hotel and they accepted that i paid the 20 already, so i paid the rest 6 rm by card and got a receipt. On check out they tried again to charge me for the full 26!!! I complained and supposedly solved but they did not give a receipt, they said they will email to me. Its not the small amount but the lost time and back and forth stress is quite appalling, hence the 4 stars..

good place to stay and nice view. breakfast also got variety of food and kids friendly. can repeat again to stay here.
