This hotel is well run and well managed, service was professional and friendly. Forgot passport in the safe and manager of the hotel handled it with speed and diligence to safely deliver the passport to the airpot so I could make the flight. what more needs to be said.

The breakfast buffet was great, enjoyed the pool. Staff were friendly. Rooms were nice and big. Was a little dampened due to the construction and renovation of another wing. Which we were warned about so thats no problem just not as serene as it could have been.

Hard Rock Penang was lovely, from check in, to our whole trip the staff were amazing and very welcoming. The hotel was clean and amenities were good. The breakfast was amazing, really tasty and great choice. You can also get to Ferringhi Bay from the beach which saves so much time. Great location and great stay.

The breakfast was sumptuous with many varieties. Staff members were very helpful and friendly. The pizzeria served very tasty Italian dishes besides pizza. Great location for beach access!

we are at the corner of the pool access, still can hear lifeguard chit chatting very loudly to spoil the peace. F&B staff from the lobby lounge and breakfast area tends to chat too much and not noticing guest.

The hotel will undertake essential safety rectification work on the kids’ water play flooring from 03 – 09 May 2026. During this period, the kids’ water play area including the slides will be temporarily closed.
