Spacious rooms, neat and tidy room atmosphere, and an attractive view of the city from the 15th floor. The hotel staff are friendly and parking is readily available. The breakfast is appealing, and the swimming pool is spacious and suitable for all ages, especially loved by children. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to Kuantan and stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is very family-friendly and perfect for a staycation with kids. There are plenty of activities to do, and the hotel has many restaurants to choose from, so you don’t even need to go out for meals.
The only downside is that the kids’ club requires children to wear socks. If you don’t bring your own, you have to buy a pair for RM6 each. I personally think that’s a bit expensive. 🤣

From the warm hospitality to the spacious grounds, everything made our stay enjoyable. The kids absolutely loved the beach, while we appreciated how relaxing the resort felt. The staff especially Ms Lorina who attended our check-in process were genuinely friendly and always ready to help. A perfect place for a family getaway. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a kid-friendly beach resort in Kuantan.

The accommodation is very comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is strategic and the facilities are complete. The check-in process was also very easy. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Vi är mycket nöjda med vår 3 dagars och 2 nätters semester på det här hotellet. Stekt ris med lammkött på kaféet var gott och portionen med lamm var generös. Det barnen gillade mest var poolen och att det låg nära stranden. När barnen är glada mår även föräldrarna bra. Det enda negativa var att det var lite sandigt på rummet. Allt som allt var allt bra, vi kommer definitivt att boka igen nästa gång.

i love the room.. value for the price..the location is good at city center.. just room became so noisy with ‘mat moto’ at night if u stay opposite main road..

The place so great in a suburn kuantan area Balok. I love the bed so soft and great for sleep. The breakast buffet, so good! I sleep so soundly! However, the toilet kind of smelly and when I flush down the toilet the water colour turn brown. Don’t have water heater. I also can hear animal steps during night and morning at the ceiling. I love this place, I hope there’s improvement in future.

A very calming hotel. The room was clean. Very peaceful. Perfect for getting away from KL to clear your mind. All the staff provided excellent cooperation. All the staff were friendly and smiled. I will definitely repeat my stay at this hotel.
