Great experience with Klook, it was very easy to book and once confirmed everything was set up. Shangri-la was a nice hotel in a great location

位置優越！早餐中西都有，西式：奄列炒蛋煎蛋，煙肉腸仔，多士牛角包！對我嚟講好好，因為我主要喜歡西式早餐！咖啡有latte, expresso, americano, cafe crema! 即榨蔬果汁或西瓜汁
房間寬躺，清潔姨姨有禮、每位工作人員包括經理們都好有禮貌。臨走前Joy 都會問我哋住宿體驗同埋歡送我哋！一定會再入住！

真心推荐这家酒店，地段优势显而易见，紧挨罗湖口岸与地铁站，日常出行通勤特别方便。周边东门、金光华商圈近在咫尺，休闲逛街出行都很省事。工作人员服务热情有礼，做事细心靠谱。客房收拾得干净清爽，空气通透没有异味，住着舒心自在。酒店配套设施齐全，健身、洗衣等设施一应俱全，日常起居需求都能妥善满足。kikigood

Great stay at Grand Hyatt Shenzhen. Excellent service throughout — concierge even helped send up my Taobao parcels every day lol. Breakfast spread was huge with pretty decent quality too. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
