Min fru och jag bestämde oss för att fira vår 37:e bröllopsdag med en buffélunch på Renaissance Shenzhen Bay. Vi möttes av ett varmt välkomnande och mycket god service. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Utsikten från 57:e våningen var helt underbar.

This was my first time dining at this hotel. The food was decent, and I enjoyed the fruit salad; it would have been even better with some chia seeds. However, there were relatively few hot dishes, though the drink selection was extensive. The front desk staff were very proactive and helpful. My only minor complaint is that the staff collecting used dishes were not very attentive, and some seating areas were extremely cramped, making it difficult to move around. I was pleasantly surprised to learn the hotel was running a promotion that day, offering a very low price. Unfortunately, I couldn't take advantage of it because I had already purchased my meal through a platform that doesn't allow refunds or exchanges.

The prices are reasonable, there are many styles to choose from, and the environment is beautiful. The service attitude is excellent, and I'm very satisfied with everything. The food quality and taste are also good, and there's a wide selection of desserts. The view from the upper floors is stunning. I would definitely come back again.

Since the package included 4 people and we had 6, we purchased an add-on through Klook. The food quality was better than expected, with both buffet options and made-to-order dishes. Drinks included beer and red wine, and a pleasant surprise was fresh young coconuts. Food options included oysters, curry crab, bak kut teh, pork jowl, and boiled shrimp. However, the desserts were rather ordinary and there weren't many choices.

This restaurant boasts an impressive variety of dishes, with raw oysters being a rare treat that’s seldom available elsewhere. The pizza stands out as exceptionally delicious with its perfect crust and toppings. Equally satisfying are the succulent Luo’s shrimp and the flavorful squab fish noodles. Highly recommended!
