Saker att göra i Love River

Turen är trevlig och guiden gav mycket information. Däremot borde det framhållas att den är ENDAST på kinesiska. Jag kan förstå delar av introduktionen, men upplevelsen hade varit bättre om jag vetat att den bara var på kinesiska, utan engelska. Jag kommer att komma ihåg att kontrollera alla tidigare recensioner innan jag bokar en tur nu.

It was my first time on the boat, and the captain was very attentive and sang well, but unfortunately, it rained that day! A bit of a shame! The experience was great; it was my first time cruising the Love River! Enjoying the scenery while listening to songs! The coach was very nice, gentle, and thoughtful, even lending me an umbrella when it rained!

Turen var fantastisk och lät oss besöka de främsta attraktionerna i Kaohsiung City. Det är bara det att det mycket varma vädret var utmaningen när vi skulle ta oss från en plats till en annan. Det var mycket fuktigt i staden, vilket gjorde turen ganska svår för oss turister eftersom det på något sätt förstörde vår entusiasm. Alla klagade på det varma vädret, men samtidigt njöt vi av att ta bilder trots hettan. Det varma vädret var extremt, särskilt mitt på dagen fram till klockan 16-17 på eftermiddagen. Det fanns inte mycket att se på konstmuseet. Det som gladde oss var den närliggande tågstationen. Piren hade också många människor trots det extremt varma vädret, vilket var vårt sista stopp för dagen. Tiger Dragon-pagoden var en av de bästa, liksom Moon Landscape Park och Fo Guang Shan Buddha Museum! Denna tur rekommenderas starkt, särskilt för förstagångsbesökare i Kaohsiung.

River tracing was an absolutely incredible experience! The scenery was breathtaking and the route was perfectly planned. ​A huge thank you to the team for being so professional and organized. The guides were super friendly and incredibly kind—they made us feel safe, kept the energy high, and even took amazing photos for us. ​If you’re in Taiwan, you have to book with these guys. Highly recommended!

I'd like to clarify the schedule for other travelers, as the official website and brochure aren't very detailed. The 10:40 AM departure arrives at Hongmaogang at 11:20 AM. If you plan to have lunch at the revolving restaurant, you'll need to call ahead for a reservation. You can book for 11:30 AM, which also helps you avoid the hot sun. For the return trip, you need to gather at the Hongmaogang waiting room by 1:40 PM, and the return departure time is 1:50 PM. Most importantly, you will arrive back at the original departure point at 2:30 PM after a 40-minute boat ride (not 1:50 PM).

This was my first time experiencing the Kim Ha Vietnamese hair wash, and overall, I was extremely satisfied. The salon environment was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and polite. From the moment I was greeted to the end of the service, I felt completely relaxed. The hair wash included a head, neck, and shoulder massage, performed with professional technique and just the right amount of pressure, which really relieved the fatigue and stress from my daily work. Every step of the process was done with great care, showing their dedication and professionalism. After the wash, my scalp felt refreshed, and my neck and shoulders were much more relaxed; I felt completely rejuvenated. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to relax and unwind, and I will definitely be returning!

Super comfortable! My boyfriend and I came from Taichung and suddenly really wanted a massage. I searched online for recommended massage places, found this one with great reviews and promotions, and absolutely loved it. My masseuse was incredibly skilled; every touch was spot on. Knowing I hadn't been sleeping well, she focused extra on my head. After the massage, I felt completely refreshed. Next time I'm in Kaohsiung, I'll definitely be back!

Advanced reservations by phone are required, and you must inform them that you will be using a voucher. Since I was bringing my mom along this time for a relaxing massage, we were able to add extra services during the phone call, making it convenient for them to schedule the time and therapist. My mother has had experiences where she felt worse after a massage due to excessive pressure, but after trying it together this time, she happily said, "I feel so wonderful after the massage! It wasn't painful at all and was very relaxing." Unlike my mother, I have a muscular build. The therapist who gave me the shiatsu massage had strong hands and great technique, really helping to relieve the tension in my shoulders, neck, and upper back fascia. Although using a voucher doesn't allow you to choose a specific therapist, as long as you communicate your needs and preferences on-site, there isn't a body they can't help relax.

Rekommenderar varmt detta museum för nästan alla. Bra pris för vuxna och gratis för seniorer (65+) och grundskolebarn. Det finns sex våningar med interaktiva utställningar för alla åldrar OCH praktiskt taget alla är också på engelska. IMAX-filmen (~17 minuter) var också fantastisk! Jag åkte på en tisdag med hälften av stadens grundskolor, så var beredd på att det var barn överallt (högljudda och springande). Ät före eller efter då det inte finns många alternativ och maten inte är bra. Man skulle lätt kunna spendera hela dagen där. Vattenpåfyllningsstationer och toaletter finns överallt och utställningarna var välgjorda.
