I had such a great experience on this group tour! Cipher was an amazing guide from start to finish. ❤️He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included throughout the trip. You could really tell that he cared about everyone having a good time, and he handled everything so smoothly. The night before our departure, she proactively contacted us to confirm the itinerary and provided thoughtful reminders, which made us feel very reassured. During the trip, not only was her driving steady and safe, but she also demonstrated great flexibility, always happily accommodating our last-minute requests for minor itinerary adjustments. Throughout the journey, Su-chen not only provided detailed tour information but also shared many vivid and interesting local stories, and gave us excellent travel recommendations.
