Visiting the Lanyang Museum gave me a deeper understanding of Yilan's natural environment and cultural history. The museum's exterior is famous for its sloping triangular design, inspired by Yilan's common "single-sided mountain" terrain. The building itself is like a work of art, blending seamlessly with the surrounding wetland landscape, leaving a deep impression upon arrival. The museum's exhibits are rich and diverse, offering detailed introductions to everything from Yilan's geological evolution and climatic characteristics to the lifestyles of its early inhabitants. For example, through models and multimedia displays, visitors can learn about the formation process of the Lanyang Plain and how the local people developed unique lifestyles in response to the northeast monsoon and rainy climate. These exhibits are not only informative but also highly interactive, making the visit engaging. I particularly enjoyed the sections that showcase traditional industries and culture, such as fishing, agriculture, and local beliefs. These exhibits convey Yilan's profound human touch and cultural heritage. Through real object displays and recreated scenarios, it felt as if I could see the daily lives of past residents, making history more than just words in a book. Overall, the Lanyang Museum is not just a place to gain knowledge; it's also a space where one can slow down and appreciate the beauty of architecture and nature. This visit allowed me to learn more about Yilan and to cherish Taiwan's diverse and rich local culture even more. If I have the chance, I will recommend this museum to friends and family, so they can experience this educational and aesthetically pleasing museum for themselves.

I had such a great experience on this group tour! Cipher was an amazing guide from start to finish. ❤️He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included throughout the trip. You could really tell that he cared about everyone having a good time, and he handled everything so smoothly. September 25th had great weather with blue skies and white clouds. I was assigned to ride the Kamalan. Although the boat isn't very large, it was quite stable and didn't cause any motion sickness. After cruising around the Milk Lake and Guishan Island, the captain and the research instructor took us far out to search for dolphins 🐬. We found many pods; the dolphins were so lively and cute, constantly leaping out of the water. We were surrounded by dolphins, and everyone was thrilled. It was a lot of fun, and I'd love to go again. Taiwan's ocean 🌊 is truly beautiful—please everyone, let's protect our marine resources. The captain and instructor were truly dedicated. We set off at 1:00 PM and didn't get back to the port until 4:00 PM; they really took us a long way out.

From the Line customer service, to the check-in counter staff, to the crew members on the boat, everyone made me feel so warm and welcome! Here, I saw Taiwan's most beautiful scenery: "strong human kindness." Even traveling alone, I wasn't afraid of not being taken care of. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience, and thank you to the staff for sharing their knowledge. Next time, I'll remember to get enough sleep and take motion sickness medication! Although the waves were too strong to land on the island today, I saw many friendly and adorable dolphins, the beautiful Yin-Yang Sea, and the Milk Sea. The explanations were also very clear and interesting. Next time, I want to go to 401! It was my first time seeing Guishan Island and dolphins up close, and I was deeply moved. Thank you to nature for its beauty; I hope everyone will help protect it. The park around the harbor and Sunrise Beach are also very beautiful and worth visiting!

Det var första gången jag bokade en Klook-resa. Dagen innan skickade de ett mycket detaljerat meddelande med information om mötestid och plats (med bilder), vilket var ett stort plus! Eftersom jag aldrig hade varit på Guishan Island var jag nyfiken på hur resplanen skulle se ut. Jag blev förvånad över hur många som deltog i bestigningen av 401-höjden den dagen. Vår guide, herr Dong, klättrade också hela vägen upp till 401-höjden, han måste vara den mest hårt arbetande guiden i Taiwan. På morgonen, direkt efter en kort introduktion på ön, började vi klättra upp till 401-höjden. Vädret var kvavt och fuktigt den dagen, så jag var helt utmattad när vi kom ner. På eftermiddagen åkte vi runt Guishan Island och guiden på båten förklarade allt mycket noggrant. Vi återvände runt 15:00.

Att ta med barnen för att uppleva räkfiske för första gången var verkligen roligt! Vi hade knappt satt oss förrän vi fångade en, och den var jättestor, räkorna var väldigt livliga! Betet var torkade räkor, vilket var lite svårt att kroka. Räkorna var ganska lätta att fånga, vi hyrde två spön i 70 minuter och fångade 12 stycken var, barnen kände sig väldigt nöjda! Vissa räkor kan nypas, det fanns handskar att låna, och personal fanns tillgänglig för att hjälpa till med eventuella problem. Det fanns räkchips och drycker att köpa på plats, vilket ingick i Klook-biljetten. Det fanns också en räkfisketävling, där de första som fångade räkor under samma tid kunde hämta ett räkchips. Efter att ha fiskat och vägt räkorna kunde man ta med räkhinken till den självbetjänande grillen på andra sidan eller få dem tillagade av personalen, det var verkligen gott och roligt!

beautiful, the second you step inside the park to get to the hot springs you can already tell you’ll have a good time, there’s free cubicles to place your stuff and the entry is very cheap, specially considering the fact that you can stay as long as you want, me and my friend met a very friendly taiwanese woman that drove us to the night market later to eat together. Very clean and i felt very safe, 100% recommend!!

The coach provided a very detailed introduction to horses, allowing us to touch and feed them. We also practiced how to ride before heading to the beach, where we were given free rein to control the horses ourselves. The horses were all very gentle and well-behaved. The coach even taught us how to take beautiful photos and helped us capture them. I truly loved this horseback riding experience and would definitely go again if I have the chance. It was fantastic!
