The prices are reasonable, there are many styles to choose from, and the environment is beautiful. The service attitude is excellent, and I'm very satisfied with everything. The food quality and taste are also good, and there's a wide selection of desserts. The view from the upper floors is stunning. I would definitely come back again.

This was my first time dining at this hotel. The food was decent, and I enjoyed the fruit salad; it would have been even better with some chia seeds. However, there were relatively few hot dishes, though the drink selection was extensive. The front desk staff were very proactive and helpful. My only minor complaint is that the staff collecting used dishes were not very attentive, and some seating areas were extremely cramped, making it difficult to move around. I was pleasantly surprised to learn the hotel was running a promotion that day, offering a very low price. Unfortunately, I couldn't take advantage of it because I had already purchased my meal through a platform that doesn't allow refunds or exchanges.

Since the package included 4 people and we had 6, we purchased an add-on through Klook. The food quality was better than expected, with both buffet options and made-to-order dishes. Drinks included beer and red wine, and a pleasant surprise was fresh young coconuts. Food options included oysters, curry crab, bak kut teh, pork jowl, and boiled shrimp. However, the desserts were rather ordinary and there weren't many choices.

This restaurant boasts an impressive variety of dishes, with raw oysters being a rare treat that’s seldom available elsewhere. The pizza stands out as exceptionally delicious with its perfect crust and toppings. Equally satisfying are the succulent Luo’s shrimp and the flavorful squab fish noodles. Highly recommended!

InterContinental Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center accommodation package, including one night in an InterContinental Deluxe Room, daily breakfast for two, and a buffet dinner for two. We checked in on a Saturday night. Instead of the buffet dinner, we opted for the Chinese set menu, which required an additional tea charge of around 50 RMB or more. 🌙 The environment is quiet, and the staff is polite, making for a comfortable and peaceful evening. We were assigned a City View King Room. The room quality was quite good, though not very large; it features both a shower and a soaking tub. 🛁 The next morning, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a very rich variety with everything you could possibly want. The service staff was very courteous, proactively asking what drinks we would like and even bringing them over to our table. 🍽️ In terms of hotel facilities, there is a 25-meter swimming pool and a hot tub, as well as dry and steam saunas, providing a quite pleasant experience 🧖‍♀️. A slight pity was that the Executive Lounge was only open from 14:30 to 20:00 on the day of check-in; we arrived late, so we missed the opportunity to experience it. Regarding transportation, taking a taxi from the Shenzhen Bay Port takes about 35 minutes to 1 hour, with a fare of around 60 RMB plus a 15–20 RMB toll fee 🚕. Overall, the value for money is very high, making it perfect for a one- or two-night weekend getaway in Shenzhen. Highly recommended! 👍

The hotel is very convenient, located right at the Prince's Bay Station entrance. As a property under the Hyatt group, the quality is guaranteed. Although the hotel is not large, the environment is comfortable and the rooms are bright and open. The breakfast selection is not extensive, but the taste is quite good.

Going for a morning run along the river is the best way to start the day, with good air quality and well-paved pathways. The hotel also offers complimentary bicycle rentals for a pleasant ride along the river, making it a fantastic choice for leisure and relaxation. [Facilities] Both the indoor and outdoor pools are well-maintained with clear water and plenty of space. The outdoor pool, in particular, offers an open and expansive view, making it a major highlight of the hotel. The fitness facilities are also comprehensive, catering to the various needs of guests. [Dining] We booked a package that included breakfast and afternoon tea, and the food quality was satisfying. The breakfast offered a rich variety of items made with fresh ingredients, while the afternoon tea featured exquisite presentation and a well-balanced flavor profile. In addition, the two complimentary café drinks included with our stay offered a diverse selection (including soft drinks, coffee, red wine, white wine, and beer), which could be enjoyed during the stay or taken to go upon check-out—a flexible and thoughtful arrangement. [Service] Special thanks to the front desk and housekeeping teams: since it was my wife's birthday, the room was specially decorated with a towel art setup, and a small cake was delivered in the evening. These thoughtful touches made us feel truly warmly welcomed. We were also granted a late check-out until 2:00 PM, allowing us to depart at a leisurely pace and rounding out a perfect stay. [Overall Impression] This was a high-quality weekend staycation. Both the hardware facilities and the soft services are commendable. I will recommend it to my friends and consider staying here again.
