Resan var smidig och välorganiserad. Reseledaren (Rebecca Chen) var professionell och levererade utmärkt service. Jag lärde mig mycket om Taiwans historia och kultur. Maten hon rekommenderade är ett måste att prova i Shi Fen, vilket är den benfria kycklingen med ris inuti. Den smakade riktigt gott. Sammantaget var det en minnesvärd och värdefull resa.

Platserna vi besökte är unika. Beitou, trots att det var litet, var oväntat vackert. Promenaden till Qingtiangang var också en vacker utmaning. Men bäst av allt och höjdpunkten är Yehliu Geopark. Detta får inte missas när man är i Taiwan.

I had an amazing walking tour with Lina. She is very knowledgeable and explained the entire history of Taiwan in a concise manner. I would highly recommend the tour to anyone just coming to Taiwan. Its a great crashcourse to understand the history of Taipei and Taiwan. I highly recommend going on this tour. we got a lot out of the tour and didn’t expect to see and learn so much of the area. made a big difference visiting all the stops with someone who knows her stuff. would take a similar tour in future.

Mr. Chuang's guided tour was incredibly informative. He explained the history, development, and unique architecture of Dadaocheng in great detail, giving my child and me a completely new understanding of the area. As people who love Taiwan's old houses and streets, we had visited this beautiful district on our own before. However, with Mr. Chuang leading the way this time, we were able to delve deeper into Dadaocheng's cultural heritage, architectural features, and stories of its past prosperity from a different perspective. The experience far exceeded our expectations. Although the tour lasted only a little over two hours, it was incredibly rewarding. Mr. Chuang is not only knowledgeable but also a captivating storyteller, making history come alive for both adults and children. The architecture and unique characteristics of each era were fascinating. The tour concluded perfectly at Dadaocheng Wharf with a beautiful sunset, leaving us with unforgettable memories of this trip. We are very grateful for Mr. Chuang's enthusiastic and professional guidance, which made us appreciate this land, full of stories and charm, even more.

Reseguide Reina och chaufför Mr. Chan gjorde denna teresa till en fantastisk upplevelse. Mr. Chan var en samvetsgrann och säker chaufför, vilket gjorde att dagen kändes bekväm och avslappnad. Reina var kunnig, vänlig och mycket personlig. Hon svarade på frågor eftertänksamt, visade äkta passion för te och kultur, och ansträngde sig för att engagera sig med alla i gruppen. Hon frågade också om våra intressen och försökte tillgodose dem under hela turen. Min favoritdel var att besöka teplantagen och se hur teet odlas, följt av teprovningen med en femte generationens temästare. Det kändes autentiskt och minnesvärt, och gav en djupare uppskattning för hantverket.

This time, we opted for a private tour. Although it was raining that day, the Jianqing Historic Trail was very comfortable and wonderful to walk on in the rain. Our driver and guide, Sister Lin Su-chen, was very nice. On the way, she shared many interesting stories about Yilan's history and enthusiastically recommended local favorite snack shops. She even went back to help me find my thermos that I carelessly left in a store (many thanks)! Highly recommended!

Ms Lee Yu Ying gave a very informative tour that weaved historical narrative with the artifacts. Highly recommended to get a guide for the musuem tour to explain the details.
