Fantastisk upplevelse. Vi betalade för lunchbuffén, vilket jag inte skulle göra igen då det var så långt ner med massor av rulltrappor och det var cirka 500 personer i restaurangen. Resten av upplevelsen var fantastisk, ett så vackert ställe och gondolturen var en härlig upplevelse.

Wow. Vilken dag med fantastiska upplevelser. Stort tack till Hieu som var enastående. Han tog sig tid att förklara allt och talade med självförtroende trots att engelska är hans andraspråk. Han såg till att tillgodose alla våra önskemål. Vi hade en fantastisk tid även om dagen var 13 timmar lång och fullspäckad. Vår 4-årige son hade hur roligt som helst. Rekommenderas varmt då ni kommer att bli väl omhändertagna under hela dagen. Tack Hieu

I booked this trip while I was in Hanoi as I would be in Hoi An in a few days. the booking system was very easy and after confirming everything I had a WhatsApp message with all the information that I needed. on the day of the trip I was picked up from my hotel at the exact time they had told, several other people were also picked up and then we were off to Ba Na Hills Sunworld.the minibus was comfortable and a perfect temperature and the driver was very careful and considerate of our safety. our tour guide was Mr Bean and he was a very funny guy and very informative and knowledgeable, he explained everything perfectly and gave us precise timings as to the various stops throughout the day..nothing was any trouble for him and he made the trip a very good experience for all of us…as for Sunworld, it is a magical place with plenty to do and see…a Vietnamese Disneyworld at the top of a mountain…!…I highly recommend this experience.

Vi bokade och besökte Ba Na Hills och The Golden Bridge. Kommunikationen var utmärkt under hela processen. Mycket snabba och effektiva svar. Tack för att ni gjorde det till en minnesvärd upplevelse för oss alla. Ett härligt fordon och en trevlig chaufför med kallt vatten både före och efter gjorde det ännu bättre.

This private tour was incredibly satisfying. It was worth every penny. Our guide, Eunha, provided explanations based on local perspectives, incorporating history and culture, and interpreted everything perfectly for us Koreans. I had no idea Ba Na Hills was so vast; honestly, if the guide hadn't been there, we would have struggled so much that we might have even argued during our honeymoon. 👀 She knew all the shortcuts and tailored the route to our preferences, so it was wonderful to just trust her and follow along, haha. As a couple who loves experiences, she was considerate enough to arrange extra activities and take photos for us. Her Korean was excellent, so there were no communication difficulties at all. She also recommended the signature cave at Marble Mountains, which allowed us to get 200% out of the experience, making it truly enjoyable! 🤩🤍🩵 Also, as an introvert, I don't like overly energetic guides, those who talk too much, or those who try to control things. But Eunha was genuinely comfortable and kind, treating us so well, so I highly recommend her to fellow introverts! 👍 The driver also drove safely and comfortably, and it was great that the car didn't smell like cigarettes, haha.

I visited My Son Sanctuary and Ba Na Hills with Thanh Đình as my driver! The driving was very comfortable, and I felt safe and relaxed throughout the trip. I really enjoyed the experience!

The transaction was really smooth and had no problems whatsoever. We were able to enter the theme park and the buffet area smoothly. Our driver, Mr. Kevin Lê did so well in driving us safely to and from Ba Na Hills. He was really nice and friendly. Overall the experience was so lovely! Thank you so much!!
