Good service good price and breakfast is perfect hotel location: easy to go patong or kata because it's at the middle breakfast: delicious buffet cleanliness: room is clean but didn't have drinking water at the first but when we ask for it employee bring it for us immediately.

1. Mycket bra läge. 2. Vänlig personal. 3. Mycket hjälpsam personal. 4. Rumsnyckeln fungerade alltid inte/hade fel. 5. Första dagen jag kom in i rummet var golvet mycket smutsigt. De sopade det men hade aldrig moppat det tidigare. Jag moppade rent det själv och de tittade på handduken som var helt svart. De bytte ut den åt mig.

This hotel and its location offer excellent service! 👍👍👍👍👍🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺

Stayed a total of 6 days at this resort. Was a good experience, met some good people. Staff were amazing. Great overall service. One thing I’d change is some appliances in the room which were pretty used or outdated. Cash deposit upfront so be prepared for that.

The staff are very helpful. They have 2 Filipino staff in the concierge who made the experience so so good. They also prepared a cake for me eventhough it is a day after my actual birthday

Mycket trevligt ställe att bo på. Rekommenderas varmt. Har bra kundservice.

A beautiful hillside resort with stunning panoramic views of the city. The peaceful location makes it perfect for travelers who prefer to avoid crowded, noisy areas. I stayed in Building 8, the highest and furthest from reception. There is only one elevator, and it can be slow, but the room was spacious, the bathroom was excellent, and the value for money was outstanding. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool offers a beautiful city view, and the resort also has a gym and spa. It’s an excellent choice for guests who value comfort, location, and affordability over minor details. One suggestion would be to add power outlets or USB ports near the bed for easier charging. If you have difficulty using stairs, you may want to choose another hotel, as getting around the resort can be challenging. I gave this hotel 4 stars because it met my expectations and offered great overall value.

Really nice hotel, conveniently located 20 minute walk from the beach, and 2 minutes away from 7/11. Staff were lovely, bed was really comfy, breakfast was good.
