The tour was really amazing, all the guides very nice. Would like to thank our driver Fauzi who took really good care of us and brought us around safely. Just expect to not get much sleep but that’s doesn’t matter as you’ll still have a good time. Accomodation very good for few hours of sleep.

We had a wonderful experience joining the 4D3N Ijen Crater, Tumpak Sewu Waterfall & Mount Bromo tour from Surabaya. The trip was well organized, smooth, and truly memorable. Fauzi was very attentive to our needs, ensured we were comfortable and safe at all times, and always went the extra mile to help us. Our driver was also professional, punctual, and made every long journey comfortable and safe. We especially appreciated the effort our guide put into taking beautiful photos and videos for us at every destination. Thanks to him, we captured many unforgettable memories with the amazing views of Ijen, Tumpak Sewu, and Mount Bromo. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the beauty of East Java with a professional and caring team!

Our trip to Mount Bromo and Tumpak Sewu was incredible. We were blessed with a clear, full view of Bromo at sunrise. Just a heads-up: the hikes are much steeper than expected! The trek down to Tumpak Sewu involves very narrow, high stairs, but the waterfall is worth every bit of effort. Our guide and driver, Sunny, was amazing—patient, friendly, and kept us comfortable the entire time. Regarding accommodation, we were moved from Artha Cottage to Harmoni Guest House. It was a nice substitution, especially with the stunning view of the Semeru volcano. Highly recommended for anyone up for a bit of a climb!

Had a great experience with Mas Rizky as our guide for Tumpak Sewu, Bromo & Ijen. He was very friendly, helpful, and ensured everything was well organised from start to end. He guided us safely, shared useful insights, and made the whole journey smooth and enjoyable. I highly, highly recommend this tour! My friends and I came to Indonesia primarily for the volcano tour. After seeing some negative reviews for another option on Klook, we chose this 'Cheap Bromo' tour. Our Chinese-speaking guide, Meixing, spoke excellent Chinese. She picked us up from our Surabaya hotel at 11 PM the night before. After about a two-hour drive, we switched to a jeep. I thought the jeep driver was very skilled; the mountain roads were extremely steep, especially in the dark, and his driving made us feel very safe. The sunrise view from Mount Penanjakan was absolutely stunning, and Mount Bromo was beautiful, perfect for taking many great photos! After the Bromo tour, we went for breakfast. There were many breakfast options, and the restaurant was lovely! Then, from the restaurant, we took a regular car to the hotel where we would rest. My friends and I were so tired that, even though the original plan was to eat before checking in, our guide helped us ask the hotel if we could check in early. The meals were then prepared for takeout, allowing us to get plenty of rest before heading to Ijen Crater! For climbing Ijen Crater, I recommend bringing a wool hat, a jacket, and comfortable non-slip shoes. You'll sweat a lot after a short walk, but it gets very cold and windy near the summit. At Ijen Crater, another guide, Sika, led us up. Sika's English was excellent. The mountain path was very challenging, and he constantly monitored our physical condition and was very patient! The only downside was that the route to see the blue flames was closed during our visit, but we did see the beautiful lake on the mountain. The driver who took us throughout the trip was also very kind and an excellent driver, allowing us to sleep well during the long journeys. My friends and I were heading to Bali afterward, and they dropped us off at the port around 9 AM, having already purchased our ferry tickets, ensuring we ended our trip safely and happily! So, a big thank you to this team! P.S. If you get motion sickness, be sure to bring motion sickness medication!

This volcano and waterfall tour was absolutely worth it. Thank you, Dasi and Nandu, for giving us such pleasant memories. I strongly advise everyone to visit the waterfall, and it's crucial to hire a guide – it's a matter of life and death, so definitely get one!

transport options: Our driver Dosi was very friendly and made our transfer to each location very smooth. itinerary: Prepare for irregular sleeping hours as we needed to wake up at 12am to drive to the location for sunrise. But it was worth it. tour guide: Each attraction had its guide. Shout out to our waterfall guide, Edi. He went above and beyond by constantly helping us take instagrammable photos and videos even though we didn't ask. At the end of the attraction, he even helped us to compile it into a ready to post video and sent us all 100+ photos and videos. attractions: Not for the faint of heart. There were steep hikes involved and was more adventurous than we had expected. Definitely watch some YouTube vlogs to get a sense of the fitness level required. accomodation options: Fluctuating quality. One of them was amazing as it was a business hotel. The other 2 had a good outside view of nature but also had bugs (which probably can't be helped since it's near nature)

Vi hade en underbar upplevelse på denna tur. Vår chaufför, Dosi, hämtade oss från flygplatsen och vi hade samma fordon under hela resan, vilket gjorde allt väldigt smidigt och bekvämt. Vi önskade 2 nätter på Baobab och 2 nätter på Airtotel, vilket fungerade perfekt. Arrangemanget var särskilt lämpligt för seniorer med rörelsehinder, då det minimerade förflyttningar och besvär. Dosi körde oss också runt för mat och sevärdheter, och en höjdpunkt var att kunna köra genom safarin utan att behöva byta fordon. Resplanen var mycket flexibel. Vi kunde sova ut, äta tidigt och enkelt justera planerna. Sammantaget var det en smidig, trevlig och avslappnad resa. Rekommenderas starkt!
