Vi bokade Klooks privata skräddarsydda tur i Chongqing och överlag var det en bra upplevelse. Resan var smidig och bekväm, och vi kunde besöka platserna i vår egen takt. Det fanns en liten språkbarriär, så kommunikationen var begränsad, men vi klarade oss bra under hela resan. Föraren gav grundläggande vägledning där det var möjligt, vilket var till hjälp.

Booked this as part of our China trip, turned out to be way above expectations. Comfortable and clean rooms, good service, AMAZING food (international standards). Would 10/10 recommend! Crew member Kira was very helpful, along with all other service members on the ship.

We were delighted to join this small group tour to Wulong and Pengshui. Our driver, Bo Zai, managed the schedule perfectly and thoughtfully explained the scenic spots to us. We brought my elderly father on this trip, and Bo Zai repeatedly reminded us to be careful and stay safe. Thank you all for not minding our slightly slower pace. It was a very comfortable 7-person small group tour. The authentic Wulong food was also delicious!

The itinerary for the entire attraction was rich and varied. However, because we had to visit several attractions in one day, it felt very rushed. Having to hurry to the next attraction and not be late for the meeting made enjoying the scenery feel tense and stressful. Nevertheless, the overall scenery was indeed beautiful. Regarding meals, due to the scarcity of ingredients in the impoverished mountain region, meat was a rare commodity, and the dishes mainly consisted of local farm vegetables and spicy flavors, which was acceptable. The tour guide's time management was truly commendable. Overall, I was satisfied with the two-day trip.

a trip worthwhile considering all this location is not easy to navigate from city area.. the tour guide is very good too and easy to communicate in WeChat (mandarin). always kept every members up to date and knew where to meet up after we reach the destination. At the San Sheng mountain attraction, there’s even a very detailed instructions on where and how to take picture send via texts to WeChat while we OTOT.. why nothing I can pick out from the tour, if I had to be hard, the only thing would be the money spend on Klook.. as it’s a standard charges, it will really depends on the days you’ve booked as I feel accommodation will varies according to the availability (dates) you’ve booked. but overall still not bad, and the on site tour guide even fetch us from our origin hotel instead of MUP, and drop us off to our next hotel at end of tour, in additional, they gave us a free ticket up the observation tower which I guess is to make up the difference that I felt good enough~ 👍

Our tour guide Li Jie was very professional & efficient in taking of the Chongqing tour group. We were not rushed & given sufficient time to enjoy the sights. Tour was very well organised right from airport pickup to the tour end. We thoroughly enjoy ourselves & highly recommend touring with Li Jie.

The tour guide was very humorous and engaging, making it easy for everyone on the bus, even strangers, to interact comfortably. The timing at each attraction was also managed perfectly. What was most touching was that at the end of the tour, when we parted ways, he personally dropped each of us off at our individual hotels. For me, visiting Chongqing for the first time, this was incredibly helpful.

It's super convenient to visit two popular cities at once! The drivers and guides in Chengdu and Chongqing were all very kind and friendly. Chongqing boasts beautiful landscapes, and its night view is truly breathtaking, while Chengdu's ancient Shu culture is incredibly unique. We're grateful to Klook's service provider for giving us such a wonderful travel experience. The small group size made it feel like a private, customized tour. The price was affordable and a great value, offering excellent cost-performance. We highly recommend it!

The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, which made the trip convenient. Unfortunately, the first hotel did not meet expectations,it was quite shabby and felt deserted, far from a 4-star experience. Thankfully, after we raised the issue, the remaining hotels were much better. Meals were basic and tended to be repetitive. Additionally, the driver demanded additional charges for any deviations from the fixed route, which can be inconvenient. Overall, it’s decent value for the price, but with room for improvement.
