We are so grateful to have 柳生导游 as our guide! She really went above and beyond throughout the entire trip. We truly feel how passionate and enthusiastic she is about what she does. She explained everything so clearly and shared so many interesting details, tips and little recommendations along the way. It made the whole journey much more enjoyable and helped us understand and appreciate the places we visited so much more. What really stood out was her genuine care for everyone in the group. She was attentive, approachable and always happy to help. It felt like we weren’t just following a tour itinerary, we were being taken care of by someone who genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful experience. This trip took place in early autumn, and I feel this route is best visited in late autumn when the leaves turn orange, or in early winter when it starts to snow. The scenery would be amazing at those times. This is a long, scenic route that would be even more beautiful in the winter.

The tour was excellent! We visited many places. Even though there were only 4 of us, we had a small car, like an Alphard, which felt like a private tour. The driver was very helpful, communicated well, was polite, and always smiling. We got to see everything on the itinerary, plus they added Tomita Farm and a herb garden for us. The time spent at each stop was just right, and the weather was great. Everything went smoothly and comfortably. I highly recommend it!

Our tour with Ms. Lee was fantastic! She is an incredibly kind and attentive guide who did a wonderful job showing us around. We really enjoy a small group outing like this, and having just eight people made the experience feel highly personalized. Ms. Lee made sure every single one of us was perfectly looked after, and we couldn't have asked for a better trip!

Skvele sme sa zabavili na našej súkromnej prehliadke s naším vodičom 维钢. Jeho dodávka bola pohodlná a čistá. Cena, ktorú sme zaplatili, bola vyššia v porovnaní s inými prevádzkovateľmi, ale bola to rezervácia na poslednú chvíľu a sme radi, že bola k dispozícii dodávka a vodič, ktorý sa nám mohol venovať. Ďakujeme. Len tak ďalej s vynikajúcimi službami.

Beautiful places and sceneries. Enjoyed much the zoo with our little one.

The tour was excellent and the best thing is our tour guide, Andy was able to escape us from long queue on lunch and other attractions because his timing was perfect. The places we visited are all beautiful adding in that the sky was clear. VERY WELL RECOMMENDED to do while you are in Hokkaido. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sto palcov hore pre sprievodcu Sunnyho! Hovorí plynule anglicky a štandardnou čínštinou, nikdy nepôsobí unavene z práce, vždy odpovie na všetky otázky a neustále sa usmieva – je skvelý. Vodič je veľmi zdvorilý, vždy nás pozdraví pri nastupovaní a vystupovaní, čo je jeden z dôvodov, prečo mám rád Japonsko. Jednodňový výlet bol síce uponáhľaný, ale aj tak sme videli krásne scenérie. Sunny nám tiež predstavil zoznam svojich obľúbených reštaurácií, čo je ďalšie plus za jeho ohľaduplnosť. Ďakujem Klook!

There was a lot packed in this tour which sets it apart from the others. It was such a great value to see many awesome locations! That said, it's a best fit for time-conscious people as the tour runs on a strict schedule to allow for all the sightseeing you do. The tour is run smoothly and communication is clear so you know what to expect at each area, even where the best spots are to take pictures. For novelty treats/souvenirs, I suggest buying those first as the lines could get quite long. But the actual photo spots themselves only take a few minutes walking. Also, late August you could still see Furano in full bloom. Some lavender fields can't be seen, but Farm Tomita still had plenty.
