I'm Japanese, and after booking through Klook, I went directly to the reception and was able to receive treatment right away. It was helpful that there was a staff member at the reception who could speak English. The therapist's primary language was likely Taiwanese. She was very kind and made an effort to communicate with me, a Japanese person! The pressure was just right, and the massage was excellent, so I truly hope she stays healthy so I can see her again when I return to Taiwan.

The instructor was attentive without being overbearing, and the whole experience was genuinely relaxing and fun. I was so into it that I seriously considered doing a second one. I'm a full-time traveler and didn't plan to keep anything bulky -- then I saw how mine turned out and immediately started figuring out how to pack it. That should tell you everything. This was my first time trying Vietnamese shampoo and head spa treatment. The entire 60-minute session was very comfortable, and I even dozed off for a bit. My favorite part was the arm massage, which was extremely relaxing. I will definitely go back again next time.
