I was running late due to early morning traffic and she was very understanding too. Also got to go see a famer and his farm and meet the animals and see how they live. This trip was an amazing experience. Riding an electric scooter through the streets and alleys of Hanoi, checking off numerous attractions, we felt the charm of this city nestled between urbanization and the countryside. It is worth mentioning that our guide, Hieu, provided exceptional service, offering detailed explanations and even helping us take photos. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to deeply experience the streets and alleys of Hanoi.

The Vespa tour was a fantastic experience and one of the highlights of our trip. It was very informative with our guide providing clear and interesting explanations throughout the journey. We had the opportunity to meet local people and learn more about the culture which made the experience feel authentic and memorable. I felt safe the entire time as the guide was professional and attentive. The tour was well organised and the insights shared really helped us appreciate the places we visited. Sme tak vďační, že sme to urobili hneď prvý deň v Hanoji. JE TO NUTNOSŤ! Ak chcete úplné ponorenie do mesta, jazda na motorke vás zavedie na miesta a ukáže vám úžasné zákutia! Sme vďační za našich dvoch sprievodcov, Minh Ngoc a Liama. Chceli by sme s nimi stráviť viac času, ale deň sa už musí skončiť. Ďakujeme veľmi pekne!!!!

Our tour guide Hieu fetch us promptly from our hotel, been very friendly and accomodating to all our questions regarding the places we went. He stayed and assisted us on every places. Generally friendly and knowledgeable sharing historical values of each place of visit.

I had a fantastic morning out with Benny, visiting the Bat Trang ceramics village. I tried my hand (and failed) on the pottery wheel, chatted with a local pottery artisan over tea and toured through the original part of the factory. we also visited the beautiful pagoda with its ornate ceramic tile work. I was lucky enough to be invited into the home of a veteran of the American War who talked with me about his traditional house and his family over yet more tea. the morning finished with lunch back in Hanoi - what else but bún chả? Benny was a great rider and really knowledgeable about everything we visited, ably facilitating communication with locals. The only drawback was that we didn’t visit all the places reflected in the advertised itinerary, but the itinerary we did do was awesome!

If you are able to bike and want to see Hanoi using a bike, this tour is for you. I would suggest taking this when it is not to hot. We sweat so much due strong morning heat. The agency and guide are friendly and welcoming. We learned a lot of the history of vietnam. There are some places we visited that are not your typical toursit spot but important when learning about vietnam. You can also make request to stop by and buy souvenirs or what you need.
