Termálne pramene Wulai Old Street

The double hot spring room is quite spacious and even has a waterproof storage cabinet, which is very thoughtful for items you don't want to get wet. Soaking in a hot spring can get quite warm, but the room here has air conditioning, making the overall experience very comfortable. Outside, there's a public area with hair dryers and cotton swabs available. Overall, I feel it offers great value.

I came to the public bath on a weekday and it's so quiet and nice. On the day I visited, only Taiwanese people were in the baths. The staff are very friendly... The receptionists speak excellent English, and when I wasn't sure where to go in the bath area, a staff member came over and used a translator to guide me. They were truly kind. I was a bit worried after reading other reviews, but it was really great. For those using the public bath, just show your Klook voucher at reception, get your key, go down the stairs, and the women's bath is on the left and the men's bath is on the right (written in Korean). You can enter accordingly. Like a Korean sauna, you put your shoes in the locker corresponding to your key number, come in, undress in a locker, put on a gown and a hair cap, then come to the public bath area, shower, and then enter the bath. They asked us to remove our makeup before entering if we were wearing any! (Let's be polite Koreans and follow this rule, haha.) But honestly, there's no need to wear makeup when going to a hot spring. Cell phones are prohibited inside the bath! You can use them in the resting area. And the water is super soft, it feels like it's good for your skin.

September 5, 2026. This is a family-style hot spring inn, so it's not recommended for those with high expectations! The hot spring water is very comfortable and leaves your skin feeling smooth. Basic amenities are provided. The couple's set meal was delicious and very filling. There aren't many parking spaces directly in front, but there are parking spots available nearby.

Bezpečnosť: Celkové osvetlenie je tlmené, čo vytvára atmosféru luxusného hotela. Keďže sú tam schody, predstavuje to určité skryté riziko. Zážitok: Verejné kúpele majú horúci bazén, stredne teplý bazén, studený bazén, vírivku, parnú saunu, saunu a ležadlá (pohodlné). Celkový dojem je dobrý, každý bazén je veľký a k dispozícii je aj dávkovač vody na prípravu čaju alebo kávy.

Great private onsen experience, the room was spacious with amazing view. only drawback is the distance from the town, however a private shuttle can be arranged (100NT one way).

We made a last-minute decision to visit that day. After calling to confirm availability, we smoothly boarded the shuttle, and everything went perfectly. We chose the Yinglin room, and the Atayal tribal house theme was absolutely stunning; it was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The staff on-site meticulously explained all the important details, and the front desk personnel were very professional and friendly. The entire experience was excellent. Afterward, we could enjoy tea and snacks, then head to the bookstore to stretch. There's also the Wulai Old Street to explore. Highly recommended!

Jedným z vrcholov mojej cesty na Taiwan bola návšteva Wulai. Je to krásne miesto a ideálne pre každého, kto hľadá rýchly únik z mestského života. Zážitok z horúcich prameňov bol obzvlášť nezabudnuteľný, pretože to bolo prvýkrát, čo som vyskúšal onsen. Zariadenia boli vynikajúce a bolo príjemné vidieť miestnych obyvateľov v kúpeľoch, ktorí sa už zrejme poznali, čo dodávalo miestu teplú, komunitnú atmosféru. Hoci nikto z personálu neovládal angličtinu, aj tak sa postarali o to, aby som bol dobre obslúžený. Čo urobilo zážitok ešte lepším, bolo bezplatné jedlo po kúpeli a bezplatná kyvadlová doprava späť do mesta. Celkovo to bol relaxačný a hodnotný zážitok a určite by som sa sem vrátil pri mojej ďalšej návšteve Taiwanu.
