Počas presunu nám sprievodca rozprával po anglicky a mali sme aj čas na nákupy v obchode, kde sme si urobili prestávku na toaletu! Bola tam predavačka, ktorá hovorila dobre po japonsky a predstavila nám rôzne produkty! Na začiatku, v starobylom meste Hoa Lu, sme si užili jazdu na bicykli a zábavne sme sa dostali na miesto! V Trang An sme si užili viac ako hodinovú jazdu na lodi a boli sme veľmi spokojní! Nakoniec, v Mua, bolo stúpanie po schodoch veľmi náročné, pretože každý schod bol vysoký, ale výhľad zhora bol úžasný! Sprievodca bol tiež skvelý a tento výlet bol vynikajúcou voľbou!

​I was completely satisfied with this Ninh Binh day tour! From start to finish, the entire experience was well-organized and fantastic. ​A huge part of what made this trip so enjoyable was our tour guide, Linh. She was incredibly nice, funny, and attentive, taking great care of us the whole day while making sure all our activities stayed on schedule. ​The transportation was also top-notch. Our bus was spacious and exceptionally comfortable, with seats that allowed us to layback and rest. Huge thanks to our driver. ​The lunch buffet provided during the tour was delicious. We did have one minor itinerary change due to high water levels, we couldn't visit Mua Cave. However, the rest of the tour was so wonderful that missing the cave was completely fine with us and didn't dampen the experience in the slightest. ​All in all, I highly recommend this specific trip and this travel agency to anyone looking to explore Hoa Lu and Trang An. They truly know how to run a seamless and memorable tour!

I really had no idea what to expect when I booked this excursion. The trip was very well described on the website but even with that, one doesn’t really fully understand how it will all run. I was VERY pleasantly surprised with our driver, our amazing tour guide (called “T”) and the smooth operations of the trip. And that’s not even going into the magic we saw along the way. T was skilled in sharing the history and stories of all the sights we saw. It was a full day and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. We had a mixture of ages in our group and T made sure all of us were tended to.

There was a heavy rain on the day of our sightseeing tour, even though our Trang An trip got cancelled due to safety issue, our tour guide Viet explained and rescheduled us to Tam Coc very quickly and smoothly to ensure we enjoyed the tour. I got my phone socked in heavy rain and spoiled so Viet was unable to call me when we were in Dragon mountain, but he still make sure I hopped into the return bus, so thankful for that! The admin Ruby was reacting fast on the refund on the price difference for the reschedule, and we feel very secure. Me and my friend enjoyed the Tam Coc view despite the heavy rain, we both fell asleep on the boat hahahah! Love it!

Skvelá prehliadka s priateľskou sprievodkyňou Lin, bolo dostatok vody a Lin nás nazývala svojou „rodinou“, takže sme vždy vedeli, že sa na nás obracia. Všetko prebehlo hladko a veľa sme videli.

Our tour guide, Mr. Hong, was excellent. He was entertaining, managed our time well, and even took photos for us at each stop. The other tour participants were also wonderful, and I enjoyed chatting with them during lunch and while walking. The goat meat for lunch was surprisingly delicious, and I ate it all. The lunch portion was generous, and for dessert, we were given sweet bananas, which were also tasty! The river cruise in Trang An showed a change in the river's color from the beginning to the deeper parts. Although our August tour was hot, the lotus flowers were blooming beautifully, and I'm glad we went.

Prehliadka trvá celý deň, čo je príjemné napriek horúcemu počasiu. David, náš sprievodca, je veľmi dobre informovaný o miestach a ja som náhodou zaspala v autobuse, ale David hneď zareagoval a bol som zachránený 🤣Išli sme v júni, takže lotosové jazero je veľmi krásne. Taktiež, obed formou bufetu je taký dobrý! Je to jeden z bufetov, ktorý nám zostal v pamäti!

Best tour, best guide Hoang, best service! This was my third tour since coming to Vietnam, and it was the most fulfilling. The lunch was delicious, the guide was kind, and I thoroughly enjoyed the 12 hours! Even though it rained, they still accompanied me all the way to the top of Hang Mua mountain, took great photos, and even lent me a jacket when I was cold. I went alone, but I felt incredibly well taken care of and that they genuinely tried their best to explain everything. It was wonderful when they played the flute at the temple! I highly recommend this tour!
