During the travel time, our guide spoke to us in English, and we even had time to shop at a store during a restroom break! There was a staff member who spoke excellent Japanese and introduced us to various products! At the beginning, in the ancient capital of Hoa Lu, we enjoyed cycling to our destination! The boat ride in Trang An lasted over an hour and was very satisfying! Finally, at Mua Cave, the steps were very steep and challenging to climb, but the view from the top was absolutely spectacular! Our guide was also wonderful, and this tour was definitely the right choice!✨

​I was completely satisfied with this Ninh Binh day tour! From start to finish, the entire experience was well-organized and fantastic. ​A huge part of what made this trip so enjoyable was our tour guide, Linh. She was incredibly nice, funny, and attentive, taking great care of us the whole day while making sure all our activities stayed on schedule. ​The transportation was also top-notch. Our bus was spacious and exceptionally comfortable, with seats that allowed us to layback and rest. Huge thanks to our driver. ​The lunch buffet provided during the tour was delicious. We did have one minor itinerary change due to high water levels, we couldn't visit Mua Cave. However, the rest of the tour was so wonderful that missing the cave was completely fine with us and didn't dampen the experience in the slightest. ​All in all, I highly recommend this specific trip and this travel agency to anyone looking to explore Hoa Lu and Trang An. They truly know how to run a seamless and memorable tour!

Our tour guide, Mr. Hong, was excellent. He was entertaining, managed our time well, and even took photos for us at each stop. The other tour participants were also wonderful, and I enjoyed chatting with them during lunch and while walking. The goat meat for lunch was surprisingly delicious, and I ate it all. The lunch portion was generous, and for dessert, we were given sweet bananas, which were also tasty! The river cruise in Trang An showed a change in the river's color from the beginning to the deeper parts. Although our August tour was hot, the lotus flowers were blooming beautifully, and I'm glad we went.

Best tour, best guide Hoang, best service! This was my third tour since coming to Vietnam, and it was the most fulfilling. The lunch was delicious, the guide was kind, and I thoroughly enjoyed the 12 hours! Even though it rained, they still accompanied me all the way to the top of Hang Mua mountain, took great photos, and even lent me a jacket when I was cold. I went alone, but I felt incredibly well taken care of and that they genuinely tried their best to explain everything. It was wonderful when they played the flute at the temple! I highly recommend this tour!

We traveled from Hanoi's Old Quarter by bus, transferring a couple of times, for about three hours. The bus ride there and back was very comfortable, with charging ports for phones, complimentary water, and massage chairs. The tour started with a breathtaking river cruise! It's definitely a must-do! Next, climbing the mountain was quite challenging. I recommend wearing pants, sneakers, or sandals with good heel support, and bringing a backpack. Choosing the half-day tour was the right decision! I was initially torn because the full-day tour was only about 2,000 yen more, but considering the three-hour one-way travel time and how tiring it can be, I think the half-day tour is better. Our tour guide, Lan, was also very kind and charming, and thanks to her, we enjoyed ourselves until the very end. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Before booking this tour, I checked a few other platforms with similar itineraries, but finally chose Klook because the price was about 10% cheaper. At first I was a bit worried that the lower price might mean lower service quality, but after finishing the trip, I can say everything was really great. The support team was very helpful from the beginning until the end of the tour, always checking if I needed anything. The whole trip was well organized and beyond my expectations. 📍আকর্ষণীয় স্থান: প্রথম দিনে আমরা বাইকে করে ১৫ মিনিট চালিয়ে হোয়া লু পুরাতন শহর পরিদর্শন করেছি, কাছাকাছি বুফে লাঞ্চ করেছি, ট্রাং আন ল্যান্ডস্কেপ এবং মুয়া গুহা দেখেছি। দ্বিতীয় দিনে আমরা একটি ট্যুরিস্ট ইয়ট নিয়ে সুং সোট গুহা, লুওন গুহা এবং টি টপ দ্বীপে ভ্রমণ করেছি। উপরের প্রতিটি আকর্ষণই বর্ণনাতীতভাবে আশ্চর্যজনক! 📍ট্যুর গাইড: প্রথম দিনের ট্যুর গাইডের নাম ছিল জবস, যিনি একজন সত্যিই মজার তরুণ এবং তার ইংরেজি বলার দক্ষতা খুব ভালো। আমাদের দ্বিতীয় দিনের ট্যুর গাইড ছিলেন কেন। তিনি হা লং উপসাগর এলাকায় অনেক অভিজ্ঞতাসম্পন্ন একজন চমৎকার মানুষ। 📍আবাসন: টাম ককে রাতে থাকার সময়, আমরা টাম কক লিটল চার্ম ভিলা অ্যান্ড বাংলোতে ছিলাম। কর্মীরা সত্যিই বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণ এবং পেশাদার ছিলেন। টাম কক শহর হোটেল থেকে সাইকেলে মাত্র ৫ মিনিটের দূরত্বে ছিল, যা আমরা হোটেল থেকে বিনামূল্যে ধার নিতে পেরেছিলাম। 📍সারসংক্ষেপ: আমরা কোজি ট্যুরের সাথে ২ দিনের এই ভ্রমণটি সত্যিই উপভোগ করেছি, এটি অত্যন্ত সুপারিশযোগ্য! 👍🏼
