Hotely v Gotemba

This hotel is always my first pick if I plan to visit the outlet. They offer nice room with view, nice onsen with free ice-cream, nice supper with free ramen and coffee, nice foot bath with Fuji mountain view. Highly Recommend!

This was our kids' favorite hotel throughout the entire trip. It was spacious and clean, and even had a washing machine with detergent pods. We were lucky to be assigned room 904, which had a beautiful view. Unfortunately, it was cloudy for most of our 3-day, 2-night stay, so we only caught brief glimpses of Mount Fuji. If the weather had been clear, this room would have offered a truly stunning view of Mount Fuji. We look forward to returning in the future. Driving to the outlet mall was very close and convenient. However, there's room for improvement with breakfast; more options would be better.

Highly Recommended! cleanliness: service: transport access: breakfast: hotel location:

buffet breakfast is great...the hotel has its own laundry machine...spacious room...highly recommend...

very spacious room, clean, free car parking, very nice garden, well maintained hotel, helpful staff. can feed the fish also for free. onsen however is just above average.

Breakfast: The portion size is small. What is shown in the picture is everything. Service: Good. I really like the large public bath. The fatigue melted away after using the open-air bath. Cleanliness: The traditional mattress and futon look dirty. There is a lot of dust.
