Great buffet breakfast, especially for no extra charge. Room was everything we needed, staff were friendly. Would recommend.

The hotel’s location was extremely convenient, being situated right next to the train station and bus stops. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, giving us a wide variety of dining options. The hotel provided parking at a reasonable fee, and complimentary breakfast was included as well.

Perfect place for a stop over. Rooms are priced right. Bathrooms are clean with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast is Japanese traditional. We feel that this stay was hassle free.

We stayed in a room next to the lift with no view of the surrounding area. The window in our room opened up to the building void, which allowed some ventilation. Initially, we weren't thrilled to be next to the lift, but the soundproofing of the walls was truly impressive. Unfortunately, we experienced food poisoning from dining at a sushi restaurant at Gotemba outlet, and this room actually turned out to be a blessing! We slept soundly until midday the next day, thanks to the darkness and soundproof walls. The staff were friendly, although their English was quite limited. The Inn offers shuttle buses that take guests to the premium outlets and other nearby attractions. We definitely plan to return here again!

Location, location, location! The staff were great and breakfast was very good. We enjoyed it a lot. We’ll come back for sure!

Overall a great hotel stay to Gotemba premium outlet and Mt Fuji lake area.Great hotel service,free breakfast and free shuttle service to its nearby area chain hotels !! Keep it up !!!!LOVE IT!!! Definately will stay again if were to visit the premium outlet again and very very near to Gotemba station and limited-express bus to Shinjuku.Only the con is the surrounding not much shopping area and restuarants...u have either have to eat at the premium outlet or get from the nearby limited family mart store..
