Ginza Ibuki v Ginze - Kaiseki ocenené Michelinovou hviezdou

Went for dinner and this was great! Their seasonal course was very filling and had so many elements like tempura, katsuo no tataki (seared bonito), small dishes and fresh rice! I am Japanese so I understand their description, but there was a tourist and they did their best to explain everything, sometimes with the aid of google translate. You have to order one drink per person! Overall, great experience I am very satisfied ☺️

Fanatic food cooked by brilliant chefs. Everything was so different and super delicious. We were able to watch the chefs prepare our meals and the amount of detail put in was amazing. The photos don’t do it justice.

We had a date night in Ginza and enjoyed a meticulously prepared meal here! Chef was amazing, tried to engage with limited English - made us feel very welcome! If you enjoy a variety of fish - this is great!

Food was delicious as expected, hospitality from the staff was amazing and they were really friendly. Explained what each dish was and how it should be eaten and was willing to chat in English once the experience was over!

good experience - they got us a private room. explained each dish and the choice of using which ingredient (current season etc.). I will definitely try other kaiseki too. below fried fish dish is my fav, texture like karaage but is fish.
