Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo - Roppongi

Clean Rooms, excellent location.

For the price, this hotel is definitely worth it. Even with three people, we had more than enough space in our room (be mindful, it’s Tokyo), and the hotel felt very modern. Super nice staff.

We opted for the breakfast service, which was amazing. Buffet at BLT Steak every morning was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and again the staff was wonderful. We hade 3 people staying in a one bedroom with our teen on the couch. So by our own choice space was limited but we made it work (minimal room for opening suitcases). If it had just been the 2 of us the room would have been sufficient. My only suggestion would have been for better lighting for the bathroom mirror as it was had to see for make up or shaving. Laundry machines on the first floor were a hot commodity. It would have been helpful to have more available for the guests. Location was nice. The Roppongi area was convenient for about half of our activities in Tokyo, the rest we braved the metro and Shinkansen and were successful. On a really hot day were explored the underground mall system that meanders from the hotel, down the hill towards TeamLab Borderless. I believe it is called Izumi Tower or Azabudai Hills? Overall we had a great time in Tokyo.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel. So convenient to get around, train station is right outside along with many restaurants and coffee shops in the are. My first time in Japan and if I were to ever come back I would definitely stay here. Hotel was super clean, they changed your towels everyday, we left feeling so happy with finding this hotel.

The room was cut up and we felt like we were in a cave on the second floor. It was dark the entire day and the only view we had was into the lobby. There wasn’t room for two large suitcases. The towels were paper, thin. Overall, I would read this place as a fair to poor value.

Location is excellent. Right above the subway exit. Staff was very helpful. We need to make a reservation online and was having problems translating our name to kanji. The staff helped us with it.

Good location and nice hotel. The room is a little small. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Nice looking hotel. Rooms were dark & cramped. Not happy that you had to request you room to be cleaned: when I asked they said it was too late. Location is right next to subway, so accessible. Staff were not always helpful. If you want a taxi, they add 500 Yen to your bill! Breakfast was great & staff were efficient & polite

Great room and excellent value

Loved the location. Right above the metro, and walking distance to Don Quijote and lots of restaurants. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. Big plus for the separate shower and washroom. Note that the washroom ventilation could be better as smells lingered after use.
