Our room had such a bad odor we spent very little time in the room. We told the staff over and over they did nothing. We left early and booked another hotel

The free coffee and tea downstairs was great. Very very close to Roppongi metro station! Great location to walk around and the mall was fun too

Ended up booking a 4 bed room so we could have extra size..made a big difference ..breakfast wasn’t great! Not much of a selection.

Everyone was very helpful and nice. Only thing is the room would get humid from the shower. The air vent in the bathroom only turned on when the card is inserted and if the bathroom light is on.

Great location. Staff were very helpful. Coffee station was 7am-10am. Most mornings we were up and gone before that :(

Very good location in Roppongi, steps away from metro which make it easy to get around town and the airport. Easy to check in and out. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The property does show its age. Beds are comfortable but towels could be better.
