The staff were very helpful!

Rooms were dusty, no access to open windows for ventilation. Stuffy congested rooms where I fell unwell. The mattress was terrible, I could feel the springs. The bathroom was like a tiny cabin - terrible. With a view of a cemetery outside. We booked a Queen bedroom very disappointing the bed was definitely not Queen size.

I had a room with a king size bed but it had the smallest bathroom I've ever been into in Japan. The tub is literally for a child. I'm 5'3 and it was very small for me still. The steamer I borrowed didn't work really, It kept turning off. Their water heater looked so cheap it didn't work also. I was expecting a lot more class out of that place since it's supposed to be a four star hotel. But honestly everything just seemed very mid. Out of all this hotels I've stayed at in Japan this is the place I spend for the most and I was most disappointed. I guess the only thing it has going for itself is the location.

Poor ventilation, room smelled bad and had to change. The new room was only marginally better.

We enjoy our stay in this hotel. It is well located, breakfast is fabulous and the onsen located on the last floor is outstanding. I would recommend to open the breakfast earlier so we could depart earlier to visit the various tourist site and beat the crowd.

The location was great, the breakfast menu had a variety and staff was very helpful.

Yes the breakfast is always fresh. The room is neat and clean. All the staff are polite and helpful.

It was a good hotel. Shared a two bed room with a friend. The beds are combined. Sauna was amazing

Staff was nice . Breakfast was repetitively the same. Rooms were cleaned . Towels were brought daily . However the sky spa didn’t have specific established rules and we didn’t get to fully enjoy our sky spa experience during our stay.
