Natalia, the front desk receptionist with the most helpful front desk person I’ve ever had through all my travels. She is truly an asset to this property.. from recommending transportation to just making my stay with like I was with family.

The rooms are definitely small and quiet of course that’s the advertisement no windows so you definitely get a good nights sleep. The rooftop bar was only open for a few hours a day which I found a little inconvenient and if you are claustrophobic, you could have some issues but all in all the places was well kept and the staff very helpful.

At first we weren't sure about the box rooms, but we genuinely loved this hotel. Staff were warm and helpful, rooms were clean, and they have a great breakfast.
