In the room, hand soap, shampoo and body wash were provided, but no box of tissue, just a small package of tissue. The sink in the bathroom got blocked about 3 seconds after. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. All the staff were super nice. The bathroom and shower were also roomy, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Our room had a balcony, which was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The location was excellent—just a short walk from the city center and close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. It was also only a 5-minute walk to the train station. One feature we really appreciated was the hotel's unlimited drinking water refill, with both cold and room-temperature water available. This was especially helpful during the hot summer. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited but adequate. It included scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, prosciutto, bread, yogurt, milk, and coffee, which was enough to start the day. The room was stocked with hand soap, shampoo, and body wash. However, there was no box of tissues, only a small packet. We also experienced an issue with the bathroom sink, which became clogged after only a few seconds of running the water.

Perfect location right in the heart of Old Town Porto

The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a perfect location - central to everything! I highly recommend this hotel!

This was a great hotel if you want to be close to all the sites but not right in the thick of it. Everything was within walking distance. Great staff and very comfortable and clean hotel.

Great location! Great rooms with beautiful views!

Location is excellent. Hotel is simple, almost minimalist but had everything I wanted. Comfortable bed, nice sheets, quiet room, air conditioning that isn’t noisy and isn’t over top of the bed. A kettle, bathroom counter space, a big shower, nice towels. Room for suitcases, a desk and a chair. No musty smell or questionable carpets. Clean. Affordably priced.

We really liked the rook with terrasse, it was large and very clean. The location was excellent, close to everything. Breakfast is really good also. The only thing missing is a little refrigerator in the bedroom
