Room was amazing! Very good location. Room was clean and facilities are good. Staff weren’t very friendly or helpful. Would ignore you as you walk in and out. Would recommend staying here though. Did upgrade the room to a balcony room. On the pictures it had chairs etc but it didn’t. It was just a window pretty much.

This is the second year I have stayed at Hilton Porto Gaia with my kids, and once again we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained, modern, and spotless. The spa facilities are outstanding and one of the highlights of our stay. The location is excellent; very close to the Devesas train station and just across the bridge from the historic center of Porto, making it easy to explore the city. The staff are warm, professional, and always willing to help, which makes every stay even more enjoyable. We have truly enjoyed both of our visits and look forward to returning again.
