Corner room was spacious for Japan standard. Separate toilet and bath stands out. Amenities and separate facilities for hot baths for both men and ladies were good too. Excellent location but not directly connected to the massive underground areas

Everything was great in this hotel. Clean and convenient location, friendly and professional staff. We enjoy public bath so much. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is well located, newly furbished and comfortable for our stay. The only downside was there were no more guest parking when we arrived. We planned to park our car temporarily.

Excellent prime location in Sapporo. This hotel is located immediately facing the famous historic Hokkaido government building with a beautifully landscaped park in the south of building. Very convenient to walk around down to Odori park & Susukino for food and shopping. We were upgraded to the room that provides park facing room and enjoyed nice scenery from the room.

Nicely located hotel near JR Sapporo which we used to get to the airport. There were shops and many konbini nearby too. The best has got to be the hot bath in the basement and the level of crowdedness was displayed in the room’s TV.

Situated in a very good location that is walkable to shopping , dining and train station. Room is spacious and clean and friendly staff as well. I would stay here again.
