パーキングは三井リパークで、スタッフさんの対応もすごく良かったが、Google マップで検索してホテルに着くとホテルの後ろ側で一方通行の為入れず、周りをぐるぐる回ってやっと着いた。 パーキングの場所は札幌駅を後ろにして、ホテルの右横にある。

Room and location was perfect, check-in was smooth and breakfast was great. The ambience is very soothing and calm. It was a great hotel, would definitely recommend!

Right across the street from Sapporo station. Excellent location to other attractions in the area. You don’t even have to leave the hotel as there is train station access from the basement floor. Walking distance within areas in downtown Sapporo (Odori, Susukino). Clean and quiet hotel and room. Staff are friendly. Easy check-in process, quick check-out as well. I did not opt for breakfast, but it seemed quite good (local cafe does the hotel breakfast buffet) — will consider choosing the breakfast option if I’m in Sapporo/Hokkaido again. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location 5 minutes from the station. Bus right outside for both airports. Modern contemporary feel as well, although the rooms are standard Japanese sizing. Could be fun with two people and two cases, but that’s the same everywhere.

The Gracery is across the street from Sapporo Station making it very convenient for travelers. We stayed 3 nights. We drove a rental car & it was a little crazy finding the parking garage due to high volume of pedestrians. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. I would recommend The Gracery.

Hotel looks great. Room is nice and clean but space is tight. There’s nowhere to put your luggage. Staff is helpful. It is next to Sapporo station, very convenient.
