The room was extremely small. I booked a king-size bedroom, and I got a queen. They were “transitioning” in their system, and basically you have to check in yourself and even make your own key. There are no phones in the room, so you can’t call the front desk. The bar has good drinks but expensive. The bed was very uncomfortable. The shower/toilet is ridiculous. No privacy at all.

Poor communication, lacking services, exploitative business practices. I booked two separate stays a few days apart and inquired whether I could store luggage at the property in between the two. They told me that wasn't possible, which was surprising, but ok. That was necessary for my itinerary so I requested a cancellation. They told me over the phone they would approve, so I submitted the cancellation and booked at another property. However they proceeded to reject the cancellation and then stopped answering my emails.

The place was very friendly and cordial. A bar that was very nice but you do have to order a double, no big deal just do it. The rooms were extremely clean and soundproof. I was very happy. Oh and a very convenient location.

The room design was a bit too clean no room for clothes and bags. Space in room 409 between door of bed and was dangerously tight. Considered redesign
