It was great experience except that we need to get back down and find our way back to the meeting place with multiple cable cars.

Our tour guide was incredibly enthusiastic, explaining all about the local features along the way. They even carried heavy snacks and drinks up the mountain for us. If you're looking for an easy trip to Glacier 3000, I highly recommend this tour.

සංචාරක මාර්ගෝපදේශකයා විශිෂ්ටයි. අපි බස් රථයේ යන අතරතුර විනෝදජනක කරුණු රාශියක් දැනගත්තා, පසුව ඇනසි හි කෙටි සංචාරයක් කළා. ප්රදේශය ගවේෂණය කිරීමට ප්‍රමාණවත් කාලයක් තිබුණා. මෙම අර්ධ දින සංචාරය සමඟින් එම ස්ථානය පිළිබඳ හොඳ අදහසක් ලැබුණා.

Wow - Chamonix! Clear, detailed instructions given by a lovely young man in the KeyTours office, escorted to our bus, clear directions given re: how to get to the gondola. Chamonix itself - AMAZING! Such incredible views. I highly recommend taking the time to ‘Step Into the Void’ (glass box). What a great experience and photo opportunity! Wandering around Chamonix then eating at an amazing Italian restaurant before being driven back was a treat!

It was difficult to tell which bus was ours; a slightly larger logo would have made it easier. The guide tried very hard to explain everything, but I wondered how I would get down the mountain if I felt unwell. I wish there had been more information about what "English assistant only" meant, so I could have been better prepared. By the way, the assistant didn't go up the mountain with us; they just gave us tickets and instructions, telling us to go and come back on our own, and that they'd provide a phone number. Despite this uncertainty, the weather was good, and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

Great tour of Annecy and Geneva with a boat cruise. Gabriel was friendly, helpful, and a great tour guide. The bus was clean and comfortable, and the whole trip was well organized. Highly recommended!

It was an educational city tour and fun boat cruise with wine and cheese on board. To set expectation, the Chamonix tour does not include cable car ride so if you will not avail any add-ons in Chamonix, you will just spend time strolling in the village until the next bus ride back to do the city tour.

It's very convenient to purchase through Klook. Each person receives a ticket with their own name and a QR code, so there's no need to print it out. Whenever a staff member checks tickets, just show the QR code for them to scan. With a Swiss Travel Pass, even if you take the wrong train, you don't have to worry about paying extra fare. It's recommended that traveling companions also take a screenshot, just in case there's an issue with the phone, so there's a spare. Sometimes you need to pay attention to the seats, which will indicate which station to which station they are reserved for; if you see that, do not sit there. This time I used the pass to take free cable cars, boats, and so on. Although the pass is expensive, it is totally worth it.
