Hotel lobby looks spacious and elegant but but the room is totally different 😖Room furniture is old, the bed springs are bad and they are sink down, bathroom no hand towel no tissue paper, shower room is small. Breakfast so so. Disappointed😞

The breakfast spread was excellent and the aircon in room 305 is working great. Your front desk staffs are very professional and warm. Special commendation to Mr Taufik , who handled me during my check-in. As my stay is basically a business trip, i would like to thank all staffs for their dedication towards their work.

The room is spacious and simple. It is near One Batam Mall and walkable. The breakfast is simple and can be crowded early in the morning. Access to all the popular malls easily via Grab or Gojek at reasonable price. I'll stay again next time. Please do not expect luxury at this price.
