Staff were all extremely kind, room service was extremely fast and convenient! Extremely beautiful views of Patong beach. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Phuket.

Our stay at The Novotel was amazing. The staff were super friendly, helpful and went out of their way for customers. The room was immaculate and cleaned daily. Breakfast had plenty of options for both adults and children, it was fresh and impressively presented. We were very happy with our stay and recommend this resort.

The resort is in great location, close to the best part of the Patong beach and walking distance to the shops and restaurants.

Great staff and service. The breakfast has everything you can imagine and the rooms and nicely done and comfortable. The hotel is on a hill with fantastic views and you have a shuttle if you want to not walk down. Something recommended for families.
