This is the “budget” version of Ibis, and it shows. The breakfast is just cold items, the rooms need new sheets, they give you one pillow and one towel (no hand towel). There is only one outlet in the whole room. We had to take turns charging our phones. For the price they charge, I had hoped for much, much better value.

It’s a pretty basic hotel, moderately sized no-frills rooms, but wonderful staff, and excellent breakfast, and it’s just what you need, if you’re not planning on lounging around your room much.

breakfast was decent, and the staff was super helpful, but where the property stood out was air conditioning during the heat wave, significantly lower prices than downtown, and easy transit to downtown/hbf via the 51 street tram. overall a really great stay with family.

We stayed here for a night. The room was clean, functional and practical. It is in a safe area. Breakfast was ok. We checked in late and staff was there to help around midnight. Bus and tram stations are right opposite the hotel.

I give the staff 5 stars but the hotel couldn’t even offer water or a spoon !!! I know it’s Switzerland and everything is expensive but a little cup of water, really?!! Breakfast was ok, No amenities whatsoever. Stay next door at Novotel that’s where we had to go every night to their restaurant, great amenities and atmosphere.
