I’m not sure of the other rooms, but our room specifically(A08 ) had dust mites everywhere. Especially on the desk, mirror and bathroom counter. We told the front desk and they sent housekeeping with a rag and a towel. We took it upon ourselves to clean the room with one of the towels provided, and they charged us an extra 50 baht because of the black dust that was on it that came from their desk lol.
we opted for a late checkout which we were told initially two hundred baht per hour , we were completely fine with that, but to avoid giving us a discount for the dust mites they are charged us for the extra hours instead of the agreed-upon two hundred baht per hour .
Needless to say, front desk staff have zero hospitality skills, specifically the men. The older man at the front desk was talking down on us thinking we didn’t understand the language.
There is roosters on the property that will sit outside your room at four in the morning, so no need to set your alarm either. Im only giving it two stars because the pool was nice and well kept.

They have chickens roaming the property and they start crowing at 3am and go all morning till 9am or more! And they’re right near the rooms! If you struggle with sleep, like me, you won’t like it. The rooms are also dark.

酒店環境很好，每間房裏面都很寬大，但有兩點要改善的：1.浴室沖涼間沒有間開，很易令到整個廁所都濕了水。2.房間裏蚊子很多，整晚都飛來飛去。

Facilities were excellent. Room had immediate access to the large swimming pool but still very quiet. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom with spa bath. Nicely stocked mini bar. All in all, good value for money but is just starting to show it's age. Nevertheless, would be happy to recommend.

සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු There’s no wifi, no airport transfer, AC was broken and made a puddle in the room from leaking. Food is not delicious at all. Holes on the bedframe. Bathroom was not cleaned and looked as if it was not cleaned after the previous guest. The room I booked had 1 king sized bed and 1 twin bed which did not even have bedsheets. I booked the stay for 5 days and booked the biggest room as well connecting to the pool and checked out after only 1 night. Will dispute with my credit card and get a charge back since it’s none refundable

They didn’t turn on ac before we got there. So the room nice and warm and sticky. The bed sheets had stains through out the bed. Really gross ones, green, orange, yellow and tan.
There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. No toilet paper. The floor was sticky. Didn’t take off shoes. We left and booked a different hotel. If you looking for cheap and run down. Go there.

Amazing pool, helpful staff and clean/functional rooms.
The hotel grounds are pleasant.
Hotel did not offer breakfast menu/food or coffee, but the lunch/dinner food was delicious.

සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු staff can not speak english well hard to communicate. mine was twin room was aweful,old,dirty and full of mosquitos.(they didn't put the pic of that room.so i thought that room is also good like other rooms)and had to pay extra 200 bhat cuz i spilled the coffee on the bed.laundry took 3 days until I get it.I didn't enjoy 6 days staying in this hotel at all. I will never come back here.
